Saeed Mohammadi Nasr obtained his master's degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome in 2025, where his research focused on the development of biodegradable cryogel composites for cardiac patch applications. He also holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tabriz University of Technology, where he gained a strong background in materials processing and polymer chemistry. In 2025, he joined the Pierini Research Group at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research (IPPT PAN) as a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering. His current research is dedicated to the design and fabrication of photoresponsive 3D platforms based on natural biowaste for antibacterial applications, aiming to develop sustainable, light-responsive materials for advanced biomedical use.
